GIP AG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and adheres to the rules of data protection, in particular the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contacting us
We publish our contact details (including e-mail address, telephone numbers, web form) at various points on the website so that you can contact us on your own initiative.

We delete this stored data after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations. Data processing when accessing embedded YouTube videos
Based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we use components (videos) of the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA (hereinafter: "YouTube"), a company of Google Inc., Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter: "Google").
Before you can view a YouTube video on our site, you will be asked for your consent. By clicking on "PLAY VIDEO" you consent to data processing and the setting of cookies. After consent, a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the content is displayed on the website by means of a message to your browser. In addition, a cookie is stored on your computer.
We use the option of "extended data protection mode" provided by YouTube. According to YouTube, in the "extended data protection mode", your data — in particular which of our websites you have visited as well as device-specific information including the IP address — is only transmitted to the YouTube server in the USA when you watch the video. By viewing the video, you consent to this transmission.
If you're logged in to YouTube at the same time, this information will be associated with your YouTube member account. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.
If you continue to access this or other videos, you must consent to the processing of the data again each time. You can delete the cookie generated by www.youtube-nocookie.com via your browser setting under "Privacy and Security".
GIP AG has no influence on the type and scope of the data processed by Google, the type of processing and use or the disclosure of this data to third parties.
